I’ve just set up an automation using the Shopify Email app.

Trigger: Order created

Check if: Name includes workshop

Do this: Send marketing email

I can’t remember the exact steps I used to get here, but if you do enough digging in the prompts, you should be able to find what you’re looking for.

Just for context, I wanted to send an email to customers who purchase a Workshop booking. The automation will check all orders created and if one of the line items includes the word ‘Workshop’ it will send the customer an email that I have customised.
