Thank you for the screenshots highlighting the issue you are experiencing. If you are not seeing any error messages in your Facebook sales channel from within your Shopify store admin I would recommend contacting Instagram/Facebook support directly to further troubleshoot your account issues.
It also appears that Instagram Direct is not available to all merchants, so you will want to confirm your account eligibility for this feature as well. You can read more about this feature in the Instagram Help Center.
