SHARGE Scam (from email: store+61122347259@t.shopifyemail.com)

I just got scammed by Sharge. When confirming the order and shipment, they have used this email:

store+61122347259@t.shopifyemail.com

I received an empty box!!

I’ve sent an email to the store, but apparently, I cannot find my order in Sharge’s website.
Can shopify help with this?

I have gotten the same email. Order done on 29 apr, reach destination port 10 may after 10 days still no delivery. Email support and no reply
