First, that website is not on the Shopify platform; even if the checkout looks like that, it is not. But not sure then how you get email, then as that is like from a store that is on Shopify and not set email domain correctly. Maybe some are headless.
But can you share how you got to that store? Social networks?
That domain is very suspicious to me. Plus, it is not even a month old.

I googled item name (its was a japanese pen not avaliable in Europe) and this shop was a first link that popped up.
The merchant oryginal name seems to be “DIVALIFES”
