Yes, they have scammed you. I have the same issue. The fairy box you ordered is an actual box worth $800 I found out by Tiktok and the actual site it’s from. Work with your bank or whoever you used to purchase it from to get your money back. That’s what I am doing. Use this to track your order with the tracking number they provided - https://www.yuntrack.com/ You will see that it’s basically label is created but nothing has been sent by the sender. And let me guess you saw the box on SnapChat too?

I have the same issue. I ordered the Fairy box for my granddaughter on September 8th and shows on shop as still pending in China. When I go to the store front that it had where I ordered it. it does not come up anymore. I do not know what to do.
Exact same thing happened to me. It is 100% a scam. I have yet to receive anything as well but I went ahead and filed a report with my bank.
