“Shipping address not found” displaying to customers, please HELP

My customers and myself included are getting this notification when we enter our valid addresses. Apparently this is happening yo many Shopify stores lately? Can someone please help, my url is www.crueltyfreebabe.com

I appreciate that you have included screenshots of the error message your customers are receiving when attempting to checkout. Typically, if you customers are receiving the error message, This order cannot be shipped to the address you have entered is due to the total amount of the order not meeting the criteria for the shipping rates that have been setup. For example, if you have created a shipping rate to allow for free shipping on amounts that meet $35 USD. Then orders that do not meet the $35 USD limit will receive this error message when attempting to checkout. In this case, you will need to add another shipping rate that allows for orders under $35 USD to offer a shipping method.

With that being said, it would be best to have our support take a closer look into the store and shipping rates that have been setup on your online store. Since we cannot authenticate you for the store in question using our community forums, I am unable to view the shipping profile. It would be best to login to your store using our Contact Us page as this will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the on-going error message your customers are receiving when attempting to checkout.
