Dear all, I have subscribed to the Shopify monthly plan. I would like the shipping costs to be calculated automatically with the BigBuy app in the Shopify store. But this has not yet been enabled for me. Bigbuy has told me that I need to contact you to activate the third-party application. I would like to ask you to help me with this. I don’t know which of your support teams I need to contact. I don’t see an e-mail address or a chat function anywhere.
