Looking for a shipping app that dynamically shows delivery options based on when the customer places their order - both time of day and day of week. We ship only within Ontario, Canada through a local courier company, so don’t need integrations with major carriers.
Currently using Postcode Shipping which only handles day-based options. Need something smarter that automatically adjusts available shipping choices based on:
- Time of day the order is placed (e.g., show different options if someone orders at 9am vs 8pm)
- Day of the week (options change for weekday vs weekend orders)
- Local pickup scheduling
Right now we show all options and rely on customers to pick (and it might be 3-4 options), which is confusing. Any recommendations for an app that can handle this type of dynamic, time-based logic?

I recommend trying Easify Product Options! While it’s not a shipping app, it’s perfect for creating dynamic options like delivery choices based on time, day, or local pickup. It’s a simple way to customize your product pages and make things clearer for your customers.
You can set a cut-off time to display different options depending on whether someone orders at 9 am or 8 pm. For example, I set the same day’s cut-off time to 12 pm, meaning customers placing orders after 12 pm will no longer be able to select today as the delivery date
As for the weekend, I set the next day’s cut-off time at 12 pm. This means that if a customer places an order after 12 pm today, they won’t be able to select tomorrow for delivery; the earliest available date will be the day after tomorrow. This gives you more time on the weekend to prepare your products.
You can also hide the weekend delivery option if you don’t want to offer delivery or allow customer pickup on those days by ticking Saturday and Sunday in the ‘Disable days of the week’ section.
With this, you can also set flexible pickup times for your customers. This app is very beginner-friendly, so I hope you’ll give it a try. If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out to Easify!
