Hi, I’m shipping many of my orders with the German Mail Service (“Deutsche Post Mail”), but it’s not linking to the correct tracking page. This leads to the tracking number looking invalid for the customer. I haven’t found any option to change this. Also, I have an addon that imports orders from other marketplaces and sends the fulfillment info. But the name of the carrier is slightly different, which leads to the tracking being invalid and requiring manual adjustment…
Does anyone know a solution for this? Why is it not possible to add my own shipping carrier?
