The rate during check out has all of a sudden changed this morning by 50%. When I calculate it in Setup it shoes $12 while on check out it shows $18.

How are you currently calculating your shipping? For instance, have you set up carrier calculated shipping where your rates are generated automatically, or have you set up manual rates like flat fee or weight based? I’d also like if you have multiple shipping profiles set up as this can cause additional shipping costs to be charged to the customer.
