Shopify recently changed the Shipping and Delivery Profiles interface, and the new product selection view has made managing shipping profiles much more difficult.
Previously, when viewing a shipping profile, you could clearly see the products assigned to that specific profile. This made it easy to review, update, and manage which products belonged where.
Now, when you click into the products section, it shows every product in the store with no clear way to filter by the current shipping profile. For stores with a large catalog, this makes shipping profile management extremely time-consuming and tedious.
This is especially frustrating because shipping profiles are an important operational tool. Store owners need to be able to quickly confirm which products are assigned to each profile and make changes without having to sort through the entire product catalog.
Please restore the ability to view and filter products by the selected shipping profile, or add a dedicated filter that allows merchants to show only products currently assigned to that profile.
This feels like another UI change that may look cleaner on the surface but makes real-world usage worse for store owners managing day-to-day operations.

I completely agree. The old interface made it such easier to verify which product belongs to a shipping profile. Now i have to scroll my entire catalog just to confirm assignments which is a huge step backward for stores with hundreds or thousands of products. A “Show products in this profile only” filter would make a big difference.
I too have this problem - It’s so difficult to find which products are in which shipping profile - surely there has to be a better way than scrolling down a long list. The list doesn’t even appear at once so you have to wait at the bottom whilst it populates each time you scroll down.
urg, it looks like a mess but this change doesn’t affect me as much - i don’t think. we created an app that updates daily or a manual run if needed. we tag our products with a shipping profile name and the app checks and moves it automatically.

I get why this is annoying for the large catalog stores in particular. Until Shopify restores profile specific filtering, a workaround that works well is to utilize product tags, vendors, or collections that correspond with your shiping profiles. This way you have a faster method to spot and bulk handle products prior to placing them in the right profile. Perhaps there will be more merchants who share this feedback - having better visibility within shipping profiles would certainly make day to day management easier.

Completely valid frustration, and you have explained it really well.
Post this on the Shopify Community Feature Request board and ask others to upvote it. Shopify monitors that board and votes do influence what they fix.
A cleaner UI that makes daily work harder is not an improvement, and they need to hear that!
