Hi i am trying to test the checkout, im checking out 1 product but shipping address is default to US. How can i set it to multi country?

Thank you. My other concern is payment mode, i dont have business or trade license and payment gateway is asking for it. I am based in dubai. Any suggestion what else i can do ?
