SHIPPING FEE (FREE) AND DISCOUNT CODE

Hi again! I wanted to test the checkout part in my store since I’m only receiving report of “Reached Checkout” but not leading to an actual checkout and I got this issue when I’m trying to include my B2T1 discount code during the checkout
“This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.”

Hey Funde, please answer these questions to help me isolate the cause of your issue:

  1. Do you have any shipping restrictions or custom shipping rules set up? Double-check everything is set up correctly there.
  2. Do you have any shipping zones set up? It’s possible that your address isn’t covered by any shipping zones. If so, customers won’t be able to actually check out.

At first glance, this sounds more like a shipping configuration issue, than a discount issue. But here’s an additional question:

  1. Do you get that error message when you try any other discount codes, or is your B2T1 the only discount code that doesn’t work on your store?

Appreciate the reply! My answers are as follows:

  1. Do you have any shipping restrictions or custom shipping rules set up? Double-check everything is set up correctly there.

    • I believe I don’t have any shipping restrictions (where can I check them?)

  2. Do you have any shipping zones set up? It’s possible that your address isn’t covered by any shipping zones. If so, customers won’t be able to actually check out.

    • Yes > My Shipping Zone is “Rest of the World”
    • 0 countries Not covered by shipping zone

  3. Do you get that error message when you try any other discount codes, or is your B2T1 the only discount code that doesn’t work on your store?

    • I don’t have any discount code as of writing so I’m not sure, but B2T1 is not working.
