Hello, yesterday I added third party rates to my shipping. I use shipstation. After chatting with support to get this set up, anytime a customer goes to check out it says “shipping information is required. Click here to enter shipping info.” And then it circles back and does the same thing. On my end of things, when I reach check out it says that shipping is not available for the selected address. I’ve chatted with support from Shopify and shipstation several times now and they each say it’s the other platforms problem. I’m aware this change can take up to 24 hours to come into affect but I’m coming up on the 24th hour and it’s still not resolved. Any help is SO appreciated.

My issue ended up being the weight that I had set for all my products and
wasn’t actually anything to do with shipstation. I’d check your weight and
make sure it’s accurate so when guests add to cart it can calculate the
shipping for them.
