Second time this has happened. Used the Shopify shiping app to create a USPS shipping label for an order. Upon reviewing our billing, I was charged a shipping label adjustment fee based upon and I quote “this shipping label was already used for another shipment. The carrier has adjusted the price to cover the shipping cost.”
I only purchased one shipping label for the order. Using the tracking number, it reflects the order being sent to my customer. Is Shopify duplicating shipping labels and the merchants being liable for their mistake?
How do I get a refund?
