I am have an ongoing issue with Shopify App and printing shipping labels. This is now broken into 2 issues.
Issue 1. Large Orders that need the “View all” before being able to print or create the shipping label. I can create the shipping label a d purchase without an issue but everything comes down to printing it. After purchase, Going back to the order to hit “view all” then to Print Shipping label nothing happens. It acknowledges the button is being activated but it does not generate. So, second option is to download the label. I go to download it and it is showing a different order shipping label from a previous order. (Ex. Printing 2665 but it is downloading 2663)
Issue 2. Same issue is happening but on smaller orders that does not need the “view all” button. Purchase and go to “print shipping label” or “reprint shipping label” those time it generates but again does not bring up the order that I am working on instead brings up a past order.
Tablet is Andriod 15 and running the latest update app of Shopify. I have cleared the cache of both the app and my thermal printer app. I have force quit both apps as well. Ive even rebooted the tablet just as a last option to see if it just might fix.
The desktop version works fine but runs fairly slow. I have no issues.
Ive contacted Shopify and had spoken to 3 technicians and a ticket is open as they work on the issue thinking it is a glitch in the mobile app.
Has anyone come across this and have a fix? Or any options I have not tried to jave the app generate the correct labels for the right order.
