I have a direction to courier in shipping to pick up from front patio but can’t find where to change this. TIA if you can help

My set up chooses a courier depending on location but usually Couriers Please or Aramax

Are you based in Australia, and are you booking these labels with Sendle? Please let me know where you’re based so I can find out how to edit the pickup instructions. Thanks!

Thanks for confirming! When using Sendle through Shopify Shipping in Australia, you can change the pickup instructions by contacting Sendle support . Be sure to include Shopify in the subject line so they know you’re working with a Shopify store.
