Shipping Location ruins Store - HELP

I had to change our shipping location as Sendle picks up from a different location…

Now everytime I sync from Inkfrog to Shopify I get products with the correct stock level.

The products auto organise into collections but nothing in the store…

Inventory shows all the products but all with zero available.

I do have a different location set on ebay.

Does anyone one know the easy way around this?
