Hey all, I recently found the option to Print a shipping manifest with a single barcode for our USPS carrier to scan when they pickup packages. This is cool. After the second day, it has stopped working. I just get a blank page when I hit the create manifest button.
I’ve cleared my cache, refreshed the page, all that. It hasn’t worked for a few days now. Any suggestions?
Also having this problem! Any help from Shopify?
I went through support. They said they fixed the issue and showed a screenshot of it working. I went to print the manifest, and nothing… So, I’ll keep you posted once I actually get it to work.
Hey, I just found out that there is also a way to get to the Shipping Manifests through the Apps section. For me, this loaded the manifest. So, instead of accessing it through the shipping label tab, go down to apps, the look for Shipping Manifests.
I did clear my cache, cookies, and browsing history, restarted the computer. That didn’t work, but going to the apps section did. I hope it helps you. If not, contact support.
