I thought I set up all my shipping zones correctly but some of me customers are saying they are unable to checkout. they are getting error message “shipping not available”. " Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure its correct and try again, or select a different address.

The customer was choosing an incorrect mailing option. Instead of usps she
was choosing media mail.
