Shipping notification delayed by 24 hours

Hello, my fellow experts :wink:

I have an issue with a shipping notification sent to customers. Some of the order notification has been delayed by 24 hours. The timeline showed as follows:

Shipping notification scheduled to be sent to XXXXXXX (XXXXXXX@hotmail.com) on October X, 20XX, 7:01 pm.
Which is the next day.

I would like to send all notifications to customers promptly. Please let me know if there are any settings or liquid codes to fix this issue.
