Hello - for some reason my shipping options aren’t displaying in the customer checkout.
There are two options that should always display - Standard $10 and Express $14. However only the $14 option is displaying, with a ‘Shipping’ label next to it.
I am really confused as this has never been an issue, and as of a week or so ago, the options were displaying normally. I have tried deleting the shipping profiles and creating them from scratch, but the issue is still persisting.
Really hoping someone might be able to assist with this! Thank you
It sounds like it might be a cache or theme issue. Try clearing your cache and checking if there are any recent updates to your theme or platform that could have affected the shipping options. Let me know if that doesn’t fix it! I might be able to help out with some additional troubleshooting steps.
It looks like the reason only the $14 “Shipping” option is appearing is because your checkout is meeting the conditions for Express, but not for Standard.
A couple of things you might want to check:
Weight or price conditions: Make sure your Standard $10 rate doesn’t have minimum/maximum weight or price rules that would exclude this order. Even a small mismatch can stop it from showing.
Shipping profile matchesz: If the product is assigned to a different profile (or to multiple profiles), Shopify will only combine and show rates from that specific profile.
Default rate naming: The “Shipping” label often means Shopify is falling back to a single eligible rate. Once the conditions allow both Standard and Express to show, you should see both.
If you’ve already recreated the profile, I’d try creating a quick test product with no conditions and see if both rates appear, that can confirm whether it’s a rules/conditions issue or a deeper account bug.
If this gave you something useful, feel free to mark it as a solution so others can find it too.
