Shipping outside of canada not working! URGENT HELP!

I have enabled all my shipping markets but when my customers check out in my US and international market they get a message saying sorry we don’t ship to your address! I tried figuring out what is going on and i cant find what it is!!

There is only one thing i dont understand: Its says at the bottom of my US and international shipping zone editor “Not covered by your shipping zones”. I tried to follow the link it brings me to a drop down menu where i cant select ANYTHING! so annoying,

Please help me i cant afford to lose sales over this..

Hi @Boreome ,

At the bottom of your US and international shipping zone editor, it says “Not covered by your shipping zones.” This means that you have configured shipping zones for all countries you have selected in Markets. So, you are good to go.

Regarding why Canada Post rates are not available for the USA, since you are using Shopify Shipping, you may reach out to Shopify Support.
