I can not seem to get my Shopify’s shipping rates to auto sync with Google Merchant. Both the platforms auto syncing is switched on I have tried reading some of the articles and discussions, but haven’t seen anything that helped.
Has anyone else struggled with this also? And how did you go about solving the issue?
Any advice would be highly appreciated!
What you are experiencing will happen if your shipping prices are managed by a 3rd party. Is that the case? Where are your shipping settings in Shopify? What are you using?
That should work, so if that is not the case and the automatic shipping setting is enabled in Google Channel App, then I do not know what your issue is. I recommend contacting Shopify support.
If your shipping settings are not synced with the Google merchant center automatically, you should try another app. You can try Nabu for Google Shopping. This might solve your issue. We sync your shopify store settings to your merchant center and update the data automatically.
