I have been trying to set a GB FREE shipping rate on the Printful Shipping App but it keeps being removed. I click on ‘Add rate’ and set it up as requested, delete the Flat Rate, then SAVE. I do this for each product profile. I then do a test order on my shopify site and it all seems ok when I get to the end of the checkout. Maybe a day later I’ll go back in to the Shipping page on Shopify and find my rate has disappeared and Printful’s Flat Rate is back again!
IS anyone else finding this? Both Printful and Shopify resources say this can be done, so I don’t understand why this is happening!

If the shipping rates are reverting, then it’s likely that there is a setting on Printful that is overriding the changes. To resolve this, I’d recommend reviewing the shipping settings on Printful as they do have an option to add free shipping to your store along with Printful’s calculated rates.
Alternatively, you can also consider using Printful’s flat rates and then adding your own free shipping rate on Shopify. However, it’s important to note that only your customers will receive free shipping and you would still have to cover the shipping costs with orders on Printful.
That being said, since it looks like an issue with the settings on Printful, then I’d also recommend getting in touch with the app developer. You can reach out to them directly through the contact information found in the Support section of their app’s page. Did you get a chance to speak to the app developer regarding this issue already?
Thanks Elias. Yeah, because the changes were happening on my shopify account, I assumed the issue was with shopify first rather than Printful. I don’t have the option of choosing Free delivery under Shipping Configuration, only to enable Printful’s live rates. I’ll contact them to ask why not.
