We are having an issue with the generated rates not populating at check out. We think we have set up all markets and shipping profiles correctly. The flat rate we add will show up but not the UPS, USPS or DHL rates. Any ideas?

There could be a few reasons why these rates are not showing in the checkout. We should first try to make sure all available rates for the carrier are selected. I made a short video showing you how to do this here. Make sure you have selected the available rates you want to offer. You need to have a standard rate and express selected as only one may be available to your customer, and you want to ensure a rate is showing. Once you have clicked saved, please try on your storefront and let me know if that worked for you!

It seems to be working correctly on my end now too. I am only seeing the one $20.99 shipping rate. Due to me needing access to your store-specific information, including your shipping, I recommend contacting our Support Team, who will be able to fix this for you.
