I have the Walmart.com app installed, Items are listed with WM but the shipping settings within Shopify are not transferring to WM items. I have tried to set them in WM and the items we have listed are still saying FREE - that isn’t either option I have set. WM support points to Shopify but I can’t see anything that helps. Any suggestions?

Welcome to walmart hell. It’s the app is going away soon, but if you’re still on the struggle bus with this issue I recommend making changes through the bulk editor instead of their user friendly interface.
