So I am in Canada and I want to ship to other countries with the discounted rates Shopify gives you so when you choose USA or any other country and enter an address it says shipping not available and its not the market all the countries are in my markets

This error could occur due to various reasons. I have outlined some common possibilities below:

Realtime Shipping Rates:
Shopify does not offer Carrier Calculated Shipping on the Basic Shopify Plan. If you intended to display Shopify’s discounted rates for carriers such as UPS, Canada Post, etc., at checkout, please note that the “Carrier Calculated Rates” feature is not available on the Basic Plan. Without this feature, you won’t be able to display Shopify carrier rates or any realtime rates from other solutions.
Your options are to either:- Display Flat Rates, using conditions like weight or price to offer varying rates depending on the cart volume.
- Upgrade your Shopify plan to activate the “Carrier Calculated Rates” feature.

Conditional Flat Rate/Free Shipping:
If you have set up any conditions for Shopify’s shipping options, such as configuring flat rates with weight-based conditions, ensure that the weight falls within the specified range. If it doesn’t match the cart weight, shipping options may not display correctly. -
Caching:
- Checkout caching: This is a very common scenario. The page would have been cached. Refresh the page & try entering a different address at checkout to see if the problem persists.- Zone caching: Sometimes, zone caching can prevent you from adding new shipping options to the Zone. Check your shipping zone settings again and ensure the shipping options are saved.
