Shipping zones for different locations in the US

I have a person trying to order in Pennsylvania and it is saying it cannot be shipped to their address even though the shipping zone is selected for the US. How do I fix this if my account is set up with all of the US as a shipping zone? I haven’t had this issue with previous orders around the US.

When this error message happens it typically means that the product(s) in the cart are having trouble making a clear path to a shipping rate. There’s a few reasons this could be happening, but it’s often caused by the way shipping has been set up. To resolve this issue, you’ll need to check a few different settings and configurations within your Shopify admin. The pink error message is a generic Shopify error when a rate can’t be found. It would help to get the customer’s cart items.

Ensure that the shipping profile you’re checking includes these products and that the shipping zone covers Pennsylvania. Also, check for any price/weight-based conditions. Viewing the customer’s products will help confirm if those conditions are met. When the conditions aren’t met, the pink error message can appear, even though it references the address—it can also be related to the products not matching the rate conditions.
