My husband order from Jewelry Candles on April 14th, 2024.

April 20st. 2024, A Tracking Number and label was created.

It’s coming from Scottsburg, Indiana

Shipping with USPS

April 29th, 2024, it confirmed my order is on the way.

USPS.com Mail delivery app - They haven’t received the package yet and it’s still stuck on April. 20th 2024 when the label was created at 11:03pm.

I’ve called and called and called.. Same excuse and same answer.. When it should’ve been here already. It takes at least 5 business days to get to me.

As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. With that being said, it would be best to reach out to the business that you made the purchase from. You can also use this portal to report stores that you suspect are using our platform fraudulently . You may also wish to refer to our Buyer FAQ for next steps.
