SHIPROCKET API Not working with my store

Hi I am facing trouble with Shiprocket api integration as the challenge of not getting all orders synced to shiprocket from Shopify. Does anyone facing issues ?

Well most of the things I have done multiple times but not sure why it is not syncing yet.

  1. Checking that the Shopify and Shiprocket integration is set up correctly and that all necessary permissions have been granted. (DONE MULTIPLE TIMES BUT HARD LUCK IN CONNECTION)
  2. Checking that the order statuses in Shopify and Shiprocket match, as orders with certain statuses may not be synced. (I have added Unfulfilled as the status to be synced but still it isnt syncing)
  3. Checking that the correct date range is selected for the orders you want to sync. (How to select date range here ?)
  4. Checking that the orders meet the shipping and product criteria set in the integration. (How do I check this ?)
    If you are using a third-party app, check if it is causing the issue, if so, try to use Shopify’s native order export functionality.

Same here. Integration successfully done, but orders are not syncing.
