For the third time now, Shipstation have come along and made adjustments to 211 shipments, stating the weight was incorrect on every single one of them. They stated to correct weight was 907g specifically for every package.
The heaviest product I sell is 400g …..
It appears as though Shipstation have some batch job that just does this, yet they are fully blaming it on UPS. So they want me to now manually (MANUALLY) get the tracking numbers for 211 shipments and provide that back to them.
In the meantime, I cannot use Shipstation as they are expecting me to pay $275 in the fees today, to buy my next label.
this has happened to me 2 times before, but in smaller batches when I was not as busy. Both times I got credited back 100% of the fees as they were wrong. BUT i had to wait 60 days or so to see it come back to me.
Anyone else experience this nonsense from Shipstation ?
I ship 99.9% of the time using UPS into the USA from Canada … and now today have to work on a new Shipping provider for my store. I just installed the UPS app, but the label prices are 2x what I was paying.
Thank you for the details … however I cannot find the links you refer too:
Go to Settings → Shipping → Package Settings
In ShipStation, go to Shipments → Adjustments
This is further compounded by the fact that I do these 1 shipment at a time, and am VERY methodical about making sure they correct weight is set manually for each label created.
Sorry I can not help you with your issue, and this is off topic, but that is a nice reply. You do not share access to your store with people who use AI to reply to questions.
