I recently found myself asking the same question after poking around on hexclad.com and seeing they were using a theme with the same name.
This is only an educated guess - Some (Many) Shopify Plus agencies have “in-house” themes that aren’t available on the Shopify theme store, that serve at the basis for their “custom theme builds” - This is likely the case with Shiro - Dyode.com seems to be their agency, I would checkout out some of their other sites.
