G’day @karmaskornerjewelry,
Here I am! You should be able to access messages by clicking/tapping on your little picture in the top right hand corner (that’s where my account name and pic are), then click/tap on the little envelope
icon.
I’m checking out the collections/all page and the first thing I would recommend is getting all the sizes/dimensions the same. This may mean cropping some images or you could add a little border, which matches the background colour of your store (which is white, right?) to make them all the same. That would then align all of your images, the names, and the prices and makes the presentation a bit neater.
I think the “best” image is the heart and ball bracelet on the wrist image. A potential customer can see how it would look on a person, adds a bit more credibility. Once the customer clicks on to find out more, then all the other pics seem fine.
The Keychain and Pen blank photos probably need to be changed. In the keychain photos, I’d choose the one with the hand in the bottom right hand corner as the default, although, if I look closely, I can tell that something is “not right” with the image there - the shadows don’t all match. I don’t know if a customer would be so discerning… but it’s something to consider in the future. If something doesn’t sit right, it can lead to distrust and a missed sale.
As for the pens: https://karmaskornerkreations.myshopify.com/cdn/shop/files/B8E137C1-B287-4DDF-9AB5-3C417621A3CA.jpg?v=1780779154&width=3840
Check that one out. I’d probably also label the photo of the refills, it otherwise seems like a strange image to have.
As for the product descriptions, a quick (not perfect) fix, is to take the descriptions you have, and write a prompt like this to an ai: “read this product description, correct my writing and naturally work in any relevant search terms”. If you already have some SEO keywords or long phrases, tell the ai to write them in.
Hope that helps!
