Shop design i paid for 24 March 2022, was Impluse..and it has not been embedded yet

Dear Admin experts,

My name is: Marissa Lawingco

i hired a Shopify Expert to design my store when it costs $480.00 and paid for it. I also purchased Impulse in March 2022 to be the store design.

my Shopify store Designer is Exen Labs, he cannot move forward as far as i am concern as there is something in the site that is not allowing him to work on the store.

Can you please have a look as i am paying both my subscriptions on Spocket and your monthly subscriptions and have not had a chance to trial my store yet to see if this even works for me. it has been several months and i have not yet been active on the store.

Hi @Santing-Nah is your previous expert having issues getting access to your store as a collaboration!

oh sorry for are facing any issuer how can i check your store, your store password product and current theme now Dawn not a Impluse so please add this and share all issue details i will check and let you know all

hi Ketankumar,

yes, you can see Dawn but i paid for Impulse already. Hence, would you be able to check i paid for IMPULSE.

and this is what must be shown. EXEN labs was online, when i purchased the Impulse design.
