I put a lot of effort into a new shop for my electrical repairs. It looked really good, was shortly before making the first sells and then boom, website gone. Something with I violated the terms in section 7. I really dont know whats wrong, and I dont know what to do.
I have two shops. One that exists some time already, and the other one that got deleted now. I now thought I can redo my old shop so I have only one shop left, but I cant use the domain now I used for my deleted shop. It says the shop is freezed. i dont know what to do now. My effort is gone, my domain is unusable. I paid money for nothing… its so sad cause I was very satisfied with shopify, but this is really not okay
