Hey I‘ve been waiting for 18h for Shopify to solve the problem. Got an Support ticket and still waiting. Unfortunately right on the shop release day. My Shop is down not searchable on the internet. In the Administration page it says “There’s a problem loading this page”

The problem is I can’t even access the steps you listed (except the first step). The only page which is loading is the stores list, next to my shop name it says Inactive. Although I didn’t do that.

I think the chatbot is the only way to contact the support team. Did that already and they told me it will take 1-3 days. That is very unfortunate. I’m hoping that they’ll solve it as fast as possible.
