can someone explain me, how to make this “animation” where my shop logo is in the hero video, and when I scroll down it moves into the header? Example is here on this website (which is also a shopify store): https://uk-eu.pleasing.com/
Do I need a specific theme for that? Or is it possible just by code?

I checked and this can be done with custom code. You don’t need to choose a new theme or be forced to choose one that has this feature, you can choose a theme of your choice and then hire a professional to change it.
It will be the fastest and most optimal. Estimate for this change is about 2h.
