My shop pay installment payouts are failing. Shopify has been unable to fix the problem and it has been 20 days. This is ridiculous considering I already shipped my product. This small business is how I pay my bills, gas, food, etc, Shopify seems to not care that I don’t have access to my funds that I earned and may not be able to pay my bills. At this point I am out my inventory and my money. I have called multiple times and speak with someone in the chat daily but no one can help me. Whenever I ask to speak to someone who can actually help me, they tell me they are the person who can help. Yet, the problem still is not resolved. I am honestly so frustrated and considering leaving shopify because of this experience. I just switched last month from WIX where I NEVER had an issue with payment. WHO CAN I CONTACT FOR SOME REAL SUPPORT?
