Shopify Payments doesn’t show as a payment option, but is required for instagram and facebook setup. How do I activate and make available in the payments list?

To have Shopify Payments display as a payment option your store needs to be operating in a support country. You can find a list of countries that we support here.
Unfortunately, if you aren’t located in the listed locations you won’t be able to use Shopify Payments and will need to select another gateway from this list.
