In order to get terminated you have to have a good reason. Well I got terminated. Let me explain. The use of infringement was declared and all the cases I had open on shopify were for common word trademarks. “Cheat, Pinch of Rose, Pop Socket(that one is understandable but didn’t even think about it being a trademark) and Honeycomb. The last one was honeycomb and I feel like they should take a second look on the infringement cases before settling. These common word trademarks are to take other companies down- a form of bullying I would say. I worked very hard for my shop and I have the disability of no hearing and my shopify store is what kept me going for my family. But it was taken from my in the blink of an eye. If I would have known these common words had trademarks on them, I would have never used them. Why would I jeopardize myself like that? The shop that reported me- has WAY more trademark violations on their website compared to mine.
