I received an email from Shopify Trust & Safety Team indicating the termination of my store due to an alleged violation of Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). One thing is testing me and that is the logo i had before the day they terminated my shop. It was GTA-themed. To ensure accuracy, I carefully reviewed Shopify’s AUP on their website, and I found no other indications of potential violations, except maybe the logo the day before they terminated it which is what i think a small problem which is solved now. I have wasted and spent lots of time on the website and i would like to get my store back.. And i also see lots of people complaining and waiting lot of time for their ticket to be reviewed i hope am not one of them because i dont got time to waste, i will change merchant.
