I finally committed to a theme this morning. The green bar across the top got to 95% and then froze. It finally worked after 30 minutes.
A few hours later I tried to create a “Pages” for my store and a circle just spun endlessly. I then tried to access my Themes page and nothing will load. It’s just a green bar that freezes 95% of the way. I can’t access anything. Even the free theme. I see zero zilch nada.
Tried the usual fixes, log out/log in, clear cache, and still no connection to any tabs under “online store”
I’m on Chrome. Tried to log in using Safari but the login put me through an infinite loop of hell trying to get me to sign up for a new trial. Every time I said I have an account, I add my email and it sends me to a trial sign-up.
I’m new here. Is this going to be my experience going forward? Super frustrated.
