Is this possible with Shopify? And if yes, what Plugins, Extensions etc. do we need to have to realize it on our own?
I have a little coding experience in Javascript, HTML and CSS.

Its certainly possible to build a site like that using Shopify Markets (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/markets) and a single product with variants for each option (vehicle, insurance, etc). You could even offer it as a subscription using Shopify subscriptions if you in a supported region.
This would involve a fare amount of code wrangling tho to get the layout and site functioning as you want.

Is there a shopify coding service for Costumized Shops like this as i think it will extend my abilities in coding.
We want to offer the same Service like dance with an eMoped currently available in Berlin but we will extend to other European cities in the future.
We use Odoo as our ERP system. It should be somehow possible to connect it to our ERP system.
