Shopify 2.0 Customize Theme Changes not Showing on the Frontend

Hi,

When I made the changes in the customize theme, then sometimes it shows the changes on the frontend and sometime doesn’t.

Even the changes gone when I refresh the page on the customize theme, please see the attached:

  1. Title I write

  1. I removed the text please see below:

  1. After refreshing the page it’s again showing the title which I removed earlier:

Its weird, I know I can make the changes in the file settings_data.json, but what’s wrong with the customize theme? What I am doing wrong here?
