On 23rd May 2024, I tried to open my account but it showed that the account is deactivated and there is a problem in loading this page.
Please do something as soon as possible
Typically, Shopify may deactivate an account for a variety of reasons ranging from potential fraudulent activity to violations of their Acceptable Use Policy. Your should be first course of action should be to contact Shopify’s customer support immediately. They are generally responsive and will provide you with details on why the deactivation occurred and what steps you can take to resolve the issue.
And remember to also check your email spam folder, as sometimes critical notifications from Shopify might end up there.
