Hi guys. Upon making my Shopify story I accidentally put in the wrong year of birth on my account. When it comes to receiving payments I am able to do so but I cannot lodge them into my bank account as I cannot confirm my identity as my date of birth on my account does not match my date of birth on my passport/id. Does anyone know how I can change my date of birth on my account or can a Shopify representative for so for me? Thanks.

Did you accidentally input the wrong year of birth in your Shopify Payments account? If so, you will need to contact our support directly so that they can securely access your store details, verify you, and help you make the necessary changes to your details. We are unable to do that from the community forums.
In the meantime, how are sales going? And how is your store doing?
How can I contact a support? I have spent a long time trying to find someone to help with this issue and I have gotten nowhere.
