Shopify account inactive for 3 month

please why will my shopify account locked after inactive for 3 month?

do i need to open new account or what do i do?

The account will appear as locked if it has been inactive for 3 months. When attempting to log in, were you able to receive a 10-digit verification code to your email? The purpose of this 10-digit verification code is to verify your access and adds an additional layer of store security.
