Every time I type my website URL into my Safari browser and view it from the customer side, a “Shopify Actions” gray bar pops up in the top left corner. This is not shown on any other computer using Safari, so I’m inclined to think it is my browser, maybe an Extension but I have tried messing around with my extensions and nothing solves getting rid of it. I didn’t have it before, and suddenly it pops up now. When I unchecked “Java Script” it got rid of the bar but then made the videos on the site show weird icons. I’m just trying to troubleshoot getting rid of it and why it happened in the first place. To clarify, this does not happen on the backend, when I login to my Shopify store and edit my store. However, when I do click “View Store” the same things happens with the bar showing up. It wouldn’t let me upload a photo so here is a video of the Actions bar.
I’m having the same problem too!! See the top lefthand side of this image. IT SEEMS IT ONLY OCCURS WHILE USING SAFARI. https://corpuschristioriginals.com
The Shopify actions bar just started showing up on my website website too. I am logged out of Shopify admin online and the app. Has anyone solved this?
Me too! Been doing that for the past week now, so far still haven’t seen any responses. It seems the grey bar only appears on Safari. Chrome works fine though. Shopify Parters, please help!
