Shopify Adding "Tagged" in Title Tags and an extra directory to end of URL... hmmm

Hi all!

Something is wrong here and hope you all can help. Here is the issue:

This is the normal URL slug for this collection page:

https://www.feather4arrow.com/collections/girls-tanks

When I navigate through the nav menu (Girls > Tops > Tanks) the URL changes to:

https://www.feather4arrow.com/collections/girls-tanks/girls+tanks

Anyone have any idea how “girls+tanks” is getting added?

Also the title tag for this page add odd "tagged “girls, TANKS”… text

Girl’s Tank Tops | Kid’s Clothing | F4A - Tagged “girls, TANKS”

Change the slug of the menu.
or dropdown menu.
